Right of withdrawal
There is given 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
However, exceptionally everything purchased from 15 November to 24 December. This can be exchanged up to and including 15 January
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you in connection with the purchase, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your message that you want to cancel the purchase.
We automatically return the money to the same means of payment that you used for the purchase.
Right of withdrawal on Teamwear
There is no right of cancellation on team clothing as it is produced to order. All team clothing is prepaid.
BLACK WEEK and BLACK FRIDAY
Discount codes cannot be used during this period.
Payment
ES16 accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Pay Pal, Google pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and American EXpress. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.
All amounts are incl. VAT
ES16 uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
ES16 delivers on all weekdays, with orders placed before 4 p.m
Gift card Can only be used on goods and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you buy goods on the gift card and subsequently return the goods, the money is put back on the gift card.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
ES16 will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send your order number so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Return costs holds ES16
Cancellation must be notified to us at the latest 45 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must at the latest 45 days after returning the shipment.
The notice must be given by email at mail@es16.dk. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send with return. You can find it here:

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods.In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
