Payment
ES16 accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB, Paypal and Viabill. Payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.

ES16 uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Delivery
ES16 delivers on all weekdays for orders placed before 16:00.

Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover errors or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.

ES16 will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your order number so we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of withdrawal
A 14-day full return policy is provided for goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the withdrawal you must return the shipment within 14 days.

Notification must be given by email to mail@es16.dk. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it back with the return.

Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you may try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

To receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may test the item, but not actually use it.
