Refund Policy

At ES16, you may cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the products.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, we will refund its price - as long as it is within 30 days.

This does not apply to gift cards; gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

To use the return right, the items must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. If the item is damaged or otherwise diminished in value, its value will be assessed based on the estimated potential selling price.
