At ES16, we are a Kalas distributor and specialists in producing premium-quality cycling teamwear. We are the Danish Kalas distributor, and every year we produce and design teamwear for more than 100 clubs and companies. Our cycling apparel is developed in collaboration with the World Tour team Alpecin-Deceuninck.
Our biggest advantage is that we can produce as few as 5 units - e.g. 2 pairs of cycling shorts, 2 cycling jerseys, and a vest. A flexibility that means you as a club do not
need to buy extra stock. If a new employee or club member joins, we can easily produce clothing for you right away.

THE PROCESS
Designing cycling apparel with your own design and logos is an exciting process. At ES16 / Kalas, we help and guide you through every phase of the collaboration.
Based on your ideas and wishes, we create design proposals for you. Once you have approved the design, the clothing is put into production, after which you simply need to look forward to receiving your new apparel.
We offer to create your very own website, where members can order the team kit. To make the handling process easier for clubs and companies, we offer shipping of the clothing to each individual user.
Below is a selection from our extensive range, which we offer for custom cycling apparel. Everything can be made in your own design, and everything is made completely from scratch, with all materials dyed at the factory.
All prices apply to clothing produced in an individual design, and not items taken from our existing collection.

Practical info
Minimum order quantity for teamwear in your own design:
Min. 5 pcs., e.g. 1 jersey, 2 bib shorts, and 2 jackets.
Min. 10 pcs. per item for accessories and min. 100 pcs. socks in your own design.
LOGOS
All logos must be in the following formats: Ai, eps, Vector
DESIGN
Design setup costs 995 kr. For orders over 10 units, it is free.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is normally between 6-8 weeks depending on the season.
YOUR OWN WEBSHOP
We offer, completely free of charge, to create a webshop for your club or company where members or employees can place orders themselves. The clothing will be sent to each individual member's address.
