At ES16 we are specialists in producing cycling team clothing of premium quality. We produce and design team clothing for over 100 clubs and companies every year. Design your own cycling clothing, of the same quality as the Pro Tour team Alpecin-Deceuninck.
Our biggest advantage is that we can produce up to 5 units - eg 2 cycling trousers, 2 cycling jerseys and a vest. A flexibility that means that you as a club do not
need to buy an extra stock at home. If there is a new employee or club member, we can easily produce clothes for you right away.

THE PROCESS
Designing cycling clothing with your own design and logos is an exciting process. We at ES16 will help and guide you through all phases.
Based on your ideas and wishes, we will come up with a design proposal for you. Once you have approved the design, the clothes are put into production, after which you just have to look forward to receiving your new clothes.
We offer to create your very own website, where members can order the team clothing from. In order to facilitate the handling process for clubs and companies, shipping of the clothing is offered to each individual user.
Below is a sample of our large program that we offer for custom cycling clothing. Everything can be made in your very own design and everything is made from scratch where everything is dyed from the factory.
All prices apply to clothes that are produced in an individual design, and not something you take from our existing collection .
practical information
Minimum quantity when ordering custom team clothing:
Min. 5 pieces. eg. 1 jersey, 2 bib shorts and 2 jackets.
Min. 10 pcs. per article by accessories and Min. 100 pieces. socks in your own design.
LOGOS
All logos must be in the following formats: Ai, eps
DESIGN
Design start-up costs DKK 995. When ordering more than 10 units it is free.
PAYMENT
Prepayment is 50% of the order. The remaining amount is paid before delivery.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is usually between 4-8 weeks depending on the season.
OWN WEBSHOP
We offer, completely free of charge, to create a webshop for your club, where the members themselves can order from. Afterwards, we handle the free shipping of the clothes to the individual members.
